SoftlyStudios is primarily a skincare education and affiliate product discovery website.

We may showcase products, compare ingredients and provide links to independent retailers where products can be purchased.

We do not currently accept direct product orders or process checkout payments through SoftlyStudios.

2. How Shopping Works

• Browse skincare products, guides and recommendations on SoftlyStudios.
• Select a product or retailer link that interests you.
• Review the product details and current offer on the retailer's website.
• Complete your purchase directly with that retailer.
• Contact the retailer for payment, delivery or order-related support.

3. Independent Retailers

Retailers linked from SoftlyStudios are separate businesses with their own product listings, terms and policies.

SoftlyStudios does not control retailer inventory, fulfillment, customer service or the quality of third-party products.

Before purchasing, please review the retailer's terms, return conditions and contact details.

4. Pricing & Payments

Product prices displayed on SoftlyStudios may be informational and can differ from the retailer's current prices.

The final price, taxes, shipping fees, discounts, currency and available payment methods are determined by the retailer during checkout.

SoftlyStudios does not currently collect payment card details for affiliate purchases.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping options, delivery destinations, estimated arrival dates and shipping charges are set by the retailer fulfilling your order.

SoftlyStudios does not currently ship products purchased through affiliate retailer links.

For delivery delays, shipping restrictions or missing packages, please contact the retailer directly.

6. Returns & Refunds

Return eligibility, return windows, refund methods and restocking fees depend on the retailer from whom you purchased.

SoftlyStudios does not process refunds or authorize returns for purchases completed on third-party websites.

Please retain your order confirmation and review the retailer's return policy.

Your statutory consumer rights, where applicable, are not affected by this information.

7. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order placed through a third-party retailer, follow that retailer's cancellation procedure.

SoftlyStudios cannot directly cancel retailer orders.

8. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

If a purchased product arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact the retailer that processed your order.

Keep relevant order details, packaging and photographs where useful for a claim.

The retailer's procedures and applicable consumer protection laws will determine the available remedies.

9. Order Tracking

For purchases completed through affiliate retailers, order confirmations and tracking details are generally provided by those retailers.

SoftlyStudios does not automatically receive or manage shipment tracking information for those purchases.

Any historical order-related features visible on SoftlyStudios should not be treated as tracking for external retailer transactions.

Some retailer links on SoftlyStudios may be affiliate links.

If you make an eligible purchase through one of these links, SoftlyStudios may receive a commission.

Affiliate commissions are generally paid by participating retailers or networks.

The retailer remains responsible for the transaction.
